THE BRIEF

Equity Residential is a Fortune 500 company that owns, runs and operates over 400 properties in the United States, including 40 plus properties in New York.  

THE WORK

CAD Management partnered with Equity Residential to establish the first company-organized concert tour dubbed the Afterglow Concert Series to bring live music to the company’s over 50,000 residents. Over the course of 3 years, CAD Management has produced over 70 shows across various markets for Equity Residential including New York City, Washington DC and Boston.
